OnLy MoMentS...

There are only moments of Clarity. When for that moment everything is crystal.

After awhile it is blurred. Cos we let go we move on. Whether we decide to take that moment with us, with our lives depends entirely on us.

Clarity comes not from fear, comes not from hate or from love for that matter. It happens when you realize both sides. The good and the bad, the pros and cons and when you find a balance within. It exhibits no emotions only a gentle calm, that flutters away every so quickly.

So hold on to those moments, bake in them for as long as you can....choose to take them with you on your journey. Cos in the end that is all you have.

Good old Love Songs....

What happened to good old love songs. When one could sing (quoting Elvis) love me tender, love me sweet, never let me go. You can make my life complete and i love you so...... simple yet sweet and profound

I wish sometimes I had grown up in the 50's, or 60's hmmm...70's too but, that era is for a completely different reason. Anyway... back to the good old days when commitment was more important than love.

Love is only a feeling so trivial cos it changes ever so frequently depending on our environemnt!! Yes of course we need love..but love alone cannot survive. We have so many distractions and temtations. Love goes on a frenzy, up and down. But a promise remains. The promise that one will always choose to remember that love and hold it true.

Now we sing of walking away from the troubles in my life (Craig David) when we should be facing and conquering them! We sing now, of stealing lovers, being unfaithful....

Where has the devotion, to a promise made gone.....

Take the Flight of the BiTTeR and the SWEET

There is undoubtedly love in this world. Some of us are extremely blessed to be giving and receiving love daily, others are lucky to have experienced it in their lifetime.

For those who have never felt it, I pray that your heart is strong enough to endure the pain it might possibly bring, and that your spirit is also big enough and your arms long enough to receive its gifts.

You will feel like your heart is getting bigger and bigger everyday when you love, so much so you will feel that it might just explode! But the next day when you wake you will find that it just got that little big bigger. And the cycle amazingly repeats itself.

Your heart the size of your fist but, its magnitude and capacity far exceeds that of this universe.

We must have faith that we can endure all that life brings because indeed we can. All those lives lived are but examples of this. All those lived in glory, like Mother Theresa, Beethoven, Princess Diana, and Mahatma Ghandi signify this to a deeper effect.

Loves without conditions, let it bring you both tears of joy and sorrow. Let it show you how strong you really are whatever the outcome. Having loved and to love only makes you stronger.

My lessons have been bitter sweet, but most of all exhilarating.....
