Reality Bites

The thunder rolls without a cloud.

Addicted to watching time pass

I face my fears in a moment of captivity filled with tears.

Unbounded by the need to inhale i quickly turn to the desert skies

and a song plays that reminds me of you.

A moment so fleeting, a glimpse of happiness.

I will never forget the hurt, the love.

The nights of vain, the struggle of shame.

The rain knows no mercy.

A lesson learnt. Reality bites.

Christmas Morning

Time passes and memories fade but, the clouds forgot to take your face away.

The laughter we shared now, drowned by the tickin of the clock.

The lies we told long blown away with the wind.

The pain has subsided but, the love still remains.

Why did the passing time leave you behind?

Why does my heart still long for just one more kiss, just one more

night?

And when the night is over will I still remember, the way it felt

when we first found each other......

MY BLEEDING HANDS

A knight in armor stained with blood. Not of those he had murdered but of the innocent lives he had tried to save with his noble hands.

Death imminent, overwhelming and everywhere he casts his gaze. To fight or to hold a dying man's hands is his dilema.

To keep fighting or to mourn is mine.

Every adventure you take has nvr been taken by anyone before
cos you’re a mystery, the reason for my melodies

unbound unshaken your strength’s your smile
every soul you meet astounded by your calm
no one has lived like you
no one can see like you
but u so humbly say
hmmmm.....

everytime you say goodbye i hold my breath
when you appear once more i breathe again
y does it seem that the years make you shine
i can only hold you mine for awhile
but our love will fill my life always for one more night

The Blues...

You gotta love the blues...sings my heart with such simple and profound notes. Tells me everything i know and tells what i don’t....

i love the blues. But, it seems like the blues... love me more.
